Your duties will include:
To provide a friendly welcome and high-quality service over the phone and on the guests arrival to the hotel (Front Office and F&B - bar, cafe)
To carryout all necessary operations when guests arrive and depart (check-in/check-out)
Manage invoicing payments and cash operations during the shift
To complete all tasks linked to the guest's arrival and departure in compliance with internal procedures;
To take reservations and business enquiries out of office hours.
